I must say thanks for allowing me to read this case clear and simple. But in regards to this case e book specifically mr willis randolph is innocent and he has a mental retardation disability that this court used against him by failing to mention his disability so in response to questions ask to defendant by the court his statements pertained to his disability as stated he dont comprehend what is being told to him and the words that come out his mouth but the court still found a way to sentence a innocent man to 27 yrs to life is unconstitutional being their is no evidence. No justice for the murder and a innocent man is still suffering since 1989 it's now 2020 and still no justice
