Jason Gaines, better known as Hot Shot, has just buried his mother, father, and little brother after a home invasion. The hustle of welfare-dependent families sculpted by the day to day hood life that he experienced provides the imagery he displays in his work. Mr. Johnson is currently incarcerated.
