Great post apocalyptic novel. First 25% is the tense and scary count down to the asteroid's impact & the sheer chaos that ensues in North America as everyone learns we are doomed. The author doesn't "skimp" on this just to rush right into the "Mad Max" elements. Worth your time, give Cannibal Reign" a try.

Thoroughly enjoyed this book. I hadnt taken the time to sit down and read a book for a while, I tend to get absorbed with magazines. But glad I took the time. I got through this one in less than a week and had a hard time putting the book down. Almost too many'characters to follow early on but found myself easily Identifying characters midway through. Im on the hunt now for books with similar themes.

Great book. One review I read said the book starts out slow, but I completely disagree. It may not be the most action packed start, but it builds the characters up so you know them well before launching into the action. Book was well written and I look forward to any more the author writes.
