For those new to the series, this one centers around five sisters who discover that the man that loved and raised them was is not their biological father. Each has reacted differently and things get more complicated when their paternal grandfather , wealthy rancher Big E, appears in their lives. Though some might consider this a stand alone, I would highly suggest that you read the previous stories in the series so you can truly understand the sisters and the plot. This story belongs to the last sister that remains unattached, Georgie Harrison. She’s a research physician, who, unbeknown to her family, is moving to London to continue her research work. A work she believes will honor her mother. Add to that the fact that she’s taking a fake boyfriend to her sister’s wedding in Montana, and the plot thickens. Especially when her pretend boyfriend doesn’t show up at the airport, and the handsome cowboy on her plane ride takes his place. A man with his own sorrows and promises to his deceased brother. Even though the plot was interesting, the story is really about taking a chance on love. About family , loyalties, and promises made to those that have passed away. Also about taking a chance on life. Do you do what you believe is expected of you, or do you open your heart and be true to yourself ? It was nice to spend time with the characters of previous stories. I have to confess that as much as I loved Zach, Georgie was not my favorite character in the series. A series that I truly enjoyed. I was entrusted a copy of this book. The opinions expressed are solely my own.

This is the 5th book in this sweet and engaging series. I have read every one of them and they are so enjoyable. I hate to see this series end. Maybe the authors will find new family members to feature! I am so hopeful. This was Georgie's story and she had great plans for her upcoming near future. Then she meets Zach and it's just fun to read about their start together, although somewhat "deceptive". There is romance, family, fun and lots of nice people helping one another in life's interesting happenings. It's a clean book, as are all the earlier books of the series. I hope there is more about the Blackwell family. I just can't get enough. Such a fun read! I received a copy of this book from the author. All thoughts are my own.

I will truly miss this family! The Blackwell/Harrison girls were all terrific! Each one was unique and enjoyable. This final book really wrapped up the series well. Although the other books can be read as standalones, this book, I feel, would be a little confusing if you didn't read it last. It's meant to be a final book as it wraps everything up. It's the "wedding" of the first daughter, Lily where all the sisters come together and kind of recaps everything from the other books. Georgie is the final sister who hasn't found love yet and she feels the pressure because she doesn't have a date for the wedding and as luck would have it, she sits next to a man on the airplane who is going in her direction so she asks him if he'll be her "plus one"! Zach is not her type at all but agrees to go with her because he's going to that area anyway. Georgie has always been focused solely on her medical research and never on love or anything else. I adored Zach from the very beginning. I loved how he changed Georgie into thinking more about family and having a "life" outside the research facility. I have to say that out of the 5 sisters, Georgie was my least favorite but I loved Zach! This book was fantastic because I got to see all the sisters again too and solve the mystery of their biological father. It was a wonderful story for the holidays and the wedding was awesome! A great series and I would love for it to continue!
