Caro Savage has written a very suspenseful novel about an undercover police officer trying to find out who murdered her friend. The action takes place inside a women's prison where drugs are rife and a series of murders have been taking place. Read by Genevieve Swallow, the story, which starts slowly but speeds up as the plot progresses, is convoluted to say the least. Every time Bailey hits on a new theory, she throws herself wholeheartedly into that line of enquiry, seemingly without any thought of what will happen to her in the event of discovery...this was the element of the story which I found irritating. Quite frankly she was following prison officers inside the prison which I found unlikely as there are so many people on duty, not to mention cameras. However that apart, it was a pretty good read. Recommended for fans of prison suspense fiction.

First book I've read by this author and I have to say it was amazing. A page turner for definite.
