A set of three really good books spoiled for me with stupid inaccuracies and 'talents' that weren't fully explained in every case.. Each chapter starts with letters and dates but I didn't find out until page 365 what the initials meant and never did understand the numbers. In book one, he ''put on his great coat then several paragraphs later 'he grabbed their coats and handed hers to her, then put his on'. The epilogue in book two was just a throwaway and didn't seem to have any bearing on anything. There were bits chopped out as well. I doubt whether any of these things are because of the author but should have been highlighted by the proof reader. There were other things wrong as well but no point in listing them all. What a shame, I found it highly distracting.
