Elizabeth Ann Scarborough, winner of the Nebula Award for The Healer's War, is the author of numerous fantasy and science fiction novels. She coauthored more than 15 books with Anne McCaffrey, including the bestselling Petaybee series and Arcona series. Scarborough lives on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State.
