About the author

Caroline Mitchell is an accredited counsellor, an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner and a trauma therapist, as well as having worked in private practice and in homicide bereavement. She is also a freelance writer and proofreader and has worked in medical publishing for over 20 years, but Mood Swings is her first book. In her spare time, she loves the outdoors and has recently discovered an unexpected passion for open-water swimming and triathlons.
