A Night Away is set between Books 3 and 4 of the Redwood Pack series by Carrie Ann Ryan. I loved revisiting with Kade and Melanie from Book 1. As new parents they are struggling to find that perfect balance between caring for a baby, caring for themselves, leading the Pack and still finding time to connect as a couple. This was an enjoyable short story of Kade and Melanie getting just one night away from it all and reconnecting. The interactions with Maddox and Finn were adorable. I even laughed out loud a few times.

ARC - I voluntarily offered to review this book with no obligations and my opinions are honest! This was a great read! I love the storytelling. The interaction between Kade + Mel was so cute + sexy at the same time. They were attracted to each otther. I would recommend this book. HEA ending!

I loved that we got to glimpse into Kade and Melanie's lives again. We get to learn more about Maddox too and just what type of person he is. This maybe a novella but the romance was smoking hot. Kade and Melanie are a great match. I was very happy with getting to read more about them after the first book. I hope we get to see more of them going forward. Maddox is a very interesting character. Being the Omega of the pack has to be tough on him. I like how his character is explained more in this story. Im looking forward to what is next!
