In a lot of ways, this felt like a completely new series for Carrie Ann Ryan. The same characters graced the pages as in the previous Talon Pack books, but there is a new villain and we jumped ahead a little bit. The result was initially a little unsettling, but once I got into the groove of the book, Ryan’s familiar writing style and the informal feel of her writing took over. In the end, Destiny Disgraced felt like home, comfortable and cozy. I adored this book. Mitchell and Dawn were an interesting H/h. They played the "friends with benefits" card pretty early on in the book and, as a result, it really took a long time for them to start entertaining the idea of being together as mates. Mitchell's reasons for not wanting a relationship were solid, Dawn's a bit murky for me. Mitchell and Dawn did compliment each other well, though. Dawn’s caring and maternal nature combated Mitchell's ruthlessness and the ice around his heart. 4 stars for Destiny Disgraced! Carrie Ann Ryan keeps her fingers typing these magic words that has us readers wanting more. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Super hot sexy shifters, sign me up!! I loved this Talon Pack book!!! Mitchell Brentwood is the Beta of the Talon pack and has been a self-imposed bachelor for years. No one knows his secret, the one that keeps him from moving forward with his personal life, so he puts all his energy into the pack. Everything changes for him when he meets Dawn, a wolf without a pack. The chemistry between them is instant and smoking hot and it doesn't take long before they can't keep away from each other. They believe they are mates, btu neither wants to truly admit that, at least at first. When danger comes again to the area packs they will all need to band together and trust each other. Can Mitchell let go pf his past and let Dawn in, and help save his pack? You need to read to find out!!!!
