Daisy has lost her mum to breast cancer. She’s at rock bottom and doesn’t think she’ll ever get back up again. Her best friend Abi has other ideas – she tells it like it is and she’s determined to make Daisy remember the person she used to be.

Carry you is an inspiring story of coming to terms with loss and achieving something you never thought possible, showing how your past affects your present before you reassess things and realise it needn't affect your future negatively. Daisy has lost her Mum to cancer. She is devastated, naturally so. She is barely existing and is definitely not living. Enter best friend Abby who sets her a challenge and a TO-DO List... I recommend this book to any die-hard chick lit fan. Expect laughter AND tears. Enjoy.

Took a bit of time to get into it but thoroughly enjoyed. Wanted more!!!! Very moving book in showing how the grieving process can take a hold on someone's life, but with time can come to terms with it and live again. There should be a sequel to this!

This booked has helped me in more ways than I can explain. A pleasure to read had me crying laughing and most of all looking to the future, something that I haven't done in quite some time.

About the author

Beth Thomas wrote her first book at the age of six. It was a short social commentary about ethnicity and fear of being different, incorporating magic, travel, adventure and ultimately, murder. The death at the end was an unexpected shock and came about as she had no idea how else to end the story. She thinks she’s improved since then, and hope that now her endings are a little more planned and satisfying. She lives in Kent with her family.
