Where are the college romance lovers? Football player romance lovers? How about opposites attract? If you are looking for any of those, then this is a book you must read! Our couple is near-misses for most of the book, but that doesn’t take away from the attraction between them, and the heat that flares up on a regular basis. There is some drama, there is some angst, but it isn’t overwhelming, taking over the story, it is just there, simmering in the background. When it all bubbles over, that is when it all falls apart and then all comes together. This was a great start to a new series and I can’t wait for more stories in this world 😊

When it comes to a book by Cathryn Fox I can't wait to dive in. Poor Landon he finds himself in quite the pickle when it comes to the Homles twins. I loved Ella. She has a true heart of gold and I love her nerdy side. Ella and Landon are opposites. Landon is a jock, he plays football. Though there is more than meets the eye with Landon. He's more than his football label. There were times this book made me want to throw it. One character in particular got under my skin. I couldn't believe how they acted especially with family. I felt this book was going to leave my heart in pieces, but I should have known better. Cathryn wouldn't let me down. I even had tears in my eyes at the end. This is a book took me on one heck of a roller coaster ride. There are many ups and downs for the characters, but the end and epilogue are so worth the journey. This is a book you don't want pass up!
