Cello Method Volume 2 is a comprehensive method for learning and mastering positions one through four on the cello. This book covers essentials such as sliding to and from lower positions, closed and stretch positions, understanding where the notes lie on the fingerboard, and knowing which fingers to use in each position. Fun etudes and exercises are included to help you learn to change positions correctly.

రచయిత పరిచయం

Christine Watts is a graduate of the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia. As a young competition winner, she twice performed as a soloist with the Philadelphia Orchestra. Ms. Watts first began teaching at the New School of Music in Philadelphia with the Curtis String Quartet at the New School of Music in 1975. She currently teaches and plays in the faculty orchestra at the Kimberton Waldorf School in Phoenixville, and in the Wayne Art Center chamber group in Wayne Pennsylvania.
