Would have been 4 stars, but this is only a free "sample" of the 1st book of the series. Not sure if I will purchase it knowing I will have to purchase the 2nd and 3rd...if I had the "hardcopy" I wouldn't question "free book" compared to "free sample" to have something in my hand and on my shelf I would pay the money 100% but since it's just on my phone...that "free" book is a nice start to lead to my purchase of completing the series. My mind is 100% into it when I have taken my time in the day and put my mind/heart into the author's book, where I am sold into the series to purchase the remaining books. just a sample hadn't sold me.

I liked the story but it is not 167 pages, it is only 66 pages long. This book has more excerpts of other books than the story title. How vested can one get with 66 pages? I have read other books by this author but I am very disappointed with how misleading it is by listing it as 167 pages. Better to list it as a shorty rather than misleading readers.

I've only read the first few chapters but to me a story has to be believable which lexy you failed to do your research every school child is taught that Christopher columbus brought the potatoes to Britain which was not till the late 15th century please if your going to write a historical book do your research
