The broad objectives of study are to examine the changes of socio economic status of women in Bihar.

Dr. Rajiv Kumar Jha has completed M.A, LL.B and Ph. D from T.M.B.U, Bhagalpur (Bihar). He has published numerous articles in reputed journals. At present he has been working as an Assistant Professor in Sociology at Mahila College, Godda (S.K.M.U, Dumka), and Jharkhand.
