About the author

Dr. Hemant Kumar Pandey: Post Graduated (M. Sc.) from Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University and awarded Ph. D. from Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University Faizabad. Presently working as an Associate Professor and H.O.D. of Department of Defence Studies at Meerut College, Meerut affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University. Under his supervision 15 Research Scholars have conducted their research work and 1 PDF Scholar also completed his research work. His expertise revolves around International Relations, Insurgency and Counter-Insurgency, and Indian Military History. He has also attended several national and international seminars, webinars, and FDPs.
