About the author

Charissa has a career in Digital Product Design and juggles between her two passions: design and writing. Her debut poetry and short stories book, Midnight Monologues, is a no. 1 best-seller, and a finalist of the 2017 International Book Awards in both categories of Poetry and Cover Design. She has authored two other books: Daylight Dialogues and What Does Your Name Mean? and released a box set with Hard Covers of 3 of her titles. She is also the founder of Penwings Publishing, an independent publishing house in Malaysia.

Aishah is an English literature graduate who enjoys writing, reading books and the company of her cats. Before navigating her way in academia as a literature postgraduate student, she has contributed to the initial first draft of the book by writing sample stories, research, grammatical explanations, and references for the activities in this book during her internship with Penwings Publishing.
