What a lovely novella! Have you ever considered adoption? Have you been adopted? Do you love books with deep family issues and concerns? This book is a short read, beautifully written with a story which will stay with you and it also prepares on for Book 4 and 5 in this author's New Start Series. I loved it!

Charlene has a way with words. She is able to take you in and it feels like you're either watching or experiencing what you are reading. I'd read any book by her even before reading reviews, that's how much I believe in her work.

Joanna and Henry are a loving couple that become even more perfect when they become a family.

About the author

 Charlene Carr is a lover of words. Pursuing this life-long obsession, she studied literature in university, attaining both a BA and MA in English. Still craving more, she attained a degree in Journalism. After travelling the globe for several years and working as a freelance writer, editor, and facilitator she decided the time had come to focus on her true love - novel writing. She's loving every minute of it ... well, almost every minute. Some days her characters fight to have the story their way. (And they're almost always right!) 

Charlene lives in St. John's, Newfoundland and loves exploring the amazing coastline of her harbour town, dancing up a storm, and using her husband as a guinea pig for the healthy, yummy recipes she creates!
