About the author

CHARLES MANHEARST grew up in the city of Philadelphia, PA. As a young boy, he was an avid reader of medical books, sports magazines and facts, as well as books about legends. He has successfully worked in Corporate America in distribution management for 18 years. Charles has always been a story teller to children and adults alike. In 2010, God revealed to him that he is a writer, so he began writing. His writing is inspired by fi rst God, then such legends as Bruce Lee, Roberto Clemente, Dr J, Stephen Biko, Sergei Bubka and Malcolm X. MR. MANHEARST is very excited that DOUBLE LINES will reach a diverse audience of suspense mystery novel lovers. He is currently living in San Antonio, Texas with his strong spirited, beautiful wife and three beautiful children, who are his heart beats. Charles is enjoying his work and his passion for writing.
