This is the second book in a series that comes before "The Last Dragon Chronicles," series. Its light hearted, appeals to both younger audiences and older, and sets up the story for the for-mentioned series in a delightful way that answers many questions! On top of all that, these books are an excellent way to help a young reader slowly upgrade in reading levels, as the series matures slightly with each book. In the end, Chris D'lacy delivers another thrilling dragon inspired original that brings new ideas and shines new light on the concept of what Dragons should or could be.
