Book three in the Holiday Romance Novel Series but it can certainly be read and enjoyed as a stand-alone. If you love holiday romances and the magic of Christmas his book and this series should be a must read. This is fireman Bentley Wilson and Emma Brookes journey. Bentley disobeyed orders when he went into a burning building to save a puppy and he now finds himself in the doghouse with the fire chief but the rest of town see him as the hero who saved a little girls pet. He is struggling with the woman he thought he loved moving on and getting married so life is not good in what should be a magical time of year. Meeting the headstrong and feisty Emma could turn his life around if he gives her a chance. Emma maybe headstrong but she has also suffered pain n her life and it seems fate has put these together for a reason, could Bentley be the man to put light back into her life…… This was an emotional yet entertaining read, it’s full of toing and froing, pushing and pulling but it has a magical ending as you would expect with any holiday romance.

Emma was a bit all over the place with her emotions, had a huge chip on her shoulder, and walls up to keep others out. I’m surprised she sought out her father’s old friend Elliot even though she was at her lowest point. Bentley worms his way in, but she has so many insecurities especially pertaining to his former crush Daphne. He was sweet at times but also pushed her kind of hard and made some silly mistakes. I was surprised they moved in together so quickly.

4 Star review of Christmas Wish (Holiday Romance #3) by Amanda Siegrist Christmas is such a wonderful time of the year. It’s a time where wishes can come true and it my favourite time of the year. This is fireman Bentley Wilson and Emma Brookes story and it was a great addition to this holiday series. Although part of a series, it can be read as a stand alone. After disobeying orders and running back into a burning building to save a puppy, Bentley finds himself in the dog house with the fire chief. I fell hard and fast for Bentley who has been fixated on Daphne for a long time. However now she is getting married he knows that it's time to put her in the past and move on. Meeting Emma he is drawn to her but it is obvious that she has had pain in her life. Bentley wants to do whatever he can to bring the light back into her eyes and I loved that about him. Their journey wasn’t easy but it was entertaining and I enjoyed the push and pull as their relationship developed.
