I have loved this series since it came out; however, this book felt to me rushed. Like, not much effort was put into the final confrontation. I don't know. It just felt like the author was rushed towards the end. I would love to see what happenes when he finds the place he's looking for. That would make a great series. Could even make it years later, because a lot of the main characters would still be around

Began reading Eragon when it first came out, since then I must have read the entire series a dozen times. It never gets old. Please Chris, for the sake of all your fans, continue Eragons story

I found another slight error on page 26 it states that 1 of the 3 magicians in Feinster was turned into varaug when it was actually a 4th person who i assume is not a magician the way it sounds in brisingr ps. By far my favorite seriers i have ever read.

About the author

Christopher Paolini's abiding love of fantasy inspired him to write the Inheritance Cycle, which quickly became an internationally bestselling series. He began the first draft of the introductory book in the series, Eragon, at age fifteen. Christopher draws inspiration for the world of Eragon and his dragon, Saphira, from the natural beauty that surrounds his home in Montana: the tumultuous weather, the roaring Yellowstone River, and the soaring Beartooth Mountains.
