despite the dragging flow to the book i did persevere reading up to the end and the way she pushes logan away far too many times, it gets old and boring. And poor logan keeps hoping. The author continues this hot and cold style of the female character until she got tired maybe and gave them a happy ending. The story could have been told in a shorter version because it doesn't have a lot of issues going on except problems with the ex and the female falling for it like his words were gold. The epilogue somewhat alleviates the boredom of the repetitive angst of the earlier chapters.

The book was average. Emily was this bright bank analysist but she was so blind and stupid to see her ex for what he was??!!! The steamy scenes were a bit of a bore as well and her pushing Logan away was getting too obvious after their encounters. It was not worth the money paid to read....sorry.
