This book shows the political- technical- and developmental efforts required, to guarantee the existence of life for future generations. The exponential growth of the global population creates a deficit of clean renewable energy that can only be satisfied with nuclear energy. The great hope is to develop the process how the Sun generates its enormous energy. Dieter H. Otterbach, was born in Germany, where he obtained his doctorate in science: mathematics, physics, chemistry and engineering. He has various technical publications and holds some patents for industrial productions. Since young, his passion was research, history and the arts. Fluent in several languages, since for reason of his work, he lived for a mayor part of his life, in different regions of the world, like Europe, Asia and Latin-America.
