Cloud Computing: Implementation, Management, and Security provides an understanding of what cloud computing really means, explores how disruptive it may become in the future, and examines its advantages and disadvantages. John W. Rittinghouse is Chief Software Architect and Co-founder of Hypersecurity LLC in Houston, Texas. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology with emphasis in Natural Language Processing.

James F. Ransome is a Senior Director and the Chief Security Officer for the Cisco Collaborative Software Group (WebEx). He holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems specializing in Information Security.
