A very broad ebook that will motivate you to leave the dark room and the darkness ... My days were not going well now with this pandemic as things like those that made reading many self-help books worse and I confess that this book helped me I highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from phobia, depression and etc ... I am a student of psychology and this book was recommended by a teacher. This book is really amazing.
