About this ebook

Scarred by her past, Kerri frequents an elite sex club to experience the intimacy she craves — and when she comes face-to-face with dangerously sexy Trouble, their explosive chemistry will turn her world upside down…

I’ve been watching you.

I feel like I’ve been watching you forever.

It started as revenge. You were a means to an end, a way to pay your father back. To avenge my sister. Her death. Her life.

But it turned into something else.

An obsession.

An addiction.

Dangerous. Unwanted. But, maybe, inevitable.

And so here we are.

I’m sorry, Kerri… I didn’t want this.

I didn’t want to shatter you.

But you should know...

                       You make me weak.

When Kerri gets an unexpected invitation to an exclusive club, she jumps at the chance to attend with her best friend, Wylder. Due to events from her past, she's never really been fulfilled sexually. She uses the opportunity to hopefully find someone she can experience what she's lacked. When she meets Trouble aka Ian, their chemistry is undeniable. He had been watching her for quite some time with revenge on her father being his ultimate goal. He wants to avenge his sister and her death. Over time, it became an obsession and an addiction. He never thought the whole situation would become more. He never wanted to shatter her but it was inevitable. She made him too weak. I loved this book. It was much better than the first book. I listened to the audiobook. The narrators were Kerr Lordygan and Heather Firth, two new to me narrators. They did a decent job bringing Kerri and Trouble to life. I'm definitely recommending this audiobook. This is my honest opinion, freely given.

I very rarely give a 5-star review, but I really enjoyed this book! I will admit the author glossed over some details I would have loved to hear more about, but that's almost every book ever (Speaking of my own literary aspirations, we can't all be a Tolkien, Heinlein or Asimov, sadly). Very enjoyable short read, would certainly recommend.😃

Oh my...goodness, really good book. From start to finish. Only thing...i think that the writer should have put in How Ian helped build business back up and let Colt.. Be over it and his own dad....to teach him respect.
