About this ebook

Commitment narrates two beautiful stories:
A Devoted Friend
It is well known that Hanuman is a devoted friend of Lord Rama and his family. The story here relates to one of the mighty deeds of Hanuman, which he performed out of his commitment to Lord Rama.
Lakshmana, Lord Rama’s brother, was wounded during his battle with Ravana. Susena, the physician required a herbal plant called Sanjeevani booti by nightfall to help cure Lakshmana. Lord Rama knew that the Sanjeevani booti grew only in the Himalayas, which were far away. Hanuman offered to fly to the mountains to get the herb. Did Lord Rama allow Hanuman to go? Was he able to get the Sanjeevani booti? Did Lakshmana heal?
Ana Wants A Rabbit
Ana really liked hearing about her friend Sonia’s pet rabbit. She was fascinated by the way he nibbled his carrot and his soft and lovely fur. When her mother asked her what she wanted for Christmas, Ana happily asked for her own pet rabbit. Knowing that keeping a pet was a big responsibility, mother encouraged Ana to first read about taking care of a pet. Ana borrowed a book from the library and started reading. Soon, she realized that keeping a pet was indeed a big responsibility. Did Ana still get the rabbit?
The book on the Value Commitment will be followed by 7 other books based on values of Gratitude, Love, Courage, Respect, Humility, Trust and and Integrity.
