During the last decades, computer science has become an important interdisciplinary partner in physical education. The computer has made learning innovative among teacher and students. The book is written to provide knowledge about the computer components its importance and application. It also covers three major software of MS Office i.e. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point. These three software are very helpful for students in designing their projects and general study material.

The use of software has been explained step by step with examples where ever necessary. The book is based on revised B.P.Ed. syllabus and is written to familiarise students with its concept and application. The language of the book is easy to understand.

نبذة عن المؤلف

Dr. Thingnam Nandalal Singh, Iis working as Associate Professor, Department of Physical Education in Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has done B.Sc. Physical Education (Manipur University Topper 1999) and M.P.Ed (Delhi University Topper 2002). Subsequently, he qualified UGC-NET in Physical Education (2002) and he completed his Ph.D in 2006.

Dr. Singh has more than 60 research paper to his credit which are published in national and international journals and have attended more than 40 national and international seminars.
