Conflict of Interest is based on a true story occurring in the early 1970s, when the international narcotics trade of heroin and other harmful drugs were at its height, moving around the world and operated by a multinational syndicate known as the International Narcotics Cartel. During this time he rose to the rank of Police Sergeant, earned two gold badges 7610/7429 worked for the Department’s Internal Affairs Unit and for over seven years as a Police Investigator-Non Uniform in their narcotics division; Preserve and Protect C-72-14 S-28.
