This was a highly-informative book with a lot of great practical advice. A lot of books and articles on this subject talk too much in vague abstractions, but this book discussed how to get down to business and implement a better content strategy at your own company or at a client's. I didn't appreciate the writing style, but it fits with the state of contemporary web applications, tryin' to be all hip and ironic and clever. Kids these days. My biggest complaint about the book was that it was repetitive. It was very, very repetitive. But even this wasn't a huge problem as the book was highly readable, so even considering all of the repetition, it only took a couple of hours to get through. The ratio of knowledge gained to time invested was quite high.
