Copyright Law, Digital Content and the Internet in the Asia-Pacific provides a unique insight into the key issues facing copyright law and digital content policy in a networked information world. Brian Fitzgerald is an Australian legal academic and barrister, specialising in intellectual property and information technology.

Fuping Gao is one of the leading academics in China on real property, E-Commerce and intellectual property law.

Damien O'Brien is completing a Masters of Laws (Intellectual Property and Technology Law) at the National University of Singapore.

Sampsung Xiaoxiang Shi is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law, Queensland University of Technology.
