About this ebook

We don't know how much time we have on Earth, but we can make the most of the time we have. Our health and wellbeing is the most important thing we have. When we are in good health everything in our lives is better and more fun. Unfortunately, this state of being does not last forever. It is much easier to prepare for the day when we are facing illness, whether it is mild distress or a serious and possibly terminal disease, when we are healthy, rather than when time is an issue. About the author

Craig Tebo was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He comes from a middle class family. His father worked in the automotive industry and his mother was a stay-at-home mom. He is the second of six children. Growing up he enjoyed playing all sports, but concentrated on basketball and baseball while he was in high school.

After high school, he attended college for two years, and then worked a wide variety of jobs throughout the years. In later years, he spent most of his time doing accounting and tax work.

In his mid-forties he wrote and published Thoughts on Thinking. Craig had always been interested in what people think and why they think those thoughts. He feels that understanding your thoughts and the effect they have on you can be the difference between success and failure in life.

In 1991, his mother was diagnosed with cancer. She decided to have surgery, rather than radiation or chemotherapy. Craig supported her choice when he was told she could live another five years. She had the surgery and unfortunately lived about three months.

In 1997, his father was diagnosed with lung cancer. Since the passing of his mother he had been become disenchanted with the conventional treatment for cancer. He sought other options and through the grace of God he came in contact with The Hope Group. The group provided an alternative treatment for cancer, based on sound scientific principals which allowed the body to heal itself with no side effects. Craig was so impressed by testimonials given at the meetings that he joined the group and served as an active member for seven years.

Currently, Craig lives in northern Illinois. He is semi-retired and works at a golf course in the summer and serves food at a homeless shelter in the winter. He enjoys golfing and discussing alternative health options with his friends and other people he meets.
