About this ebook

#1 New York Times bestselling author Patricia Briggs presents the first Alpha and Omega novel—the start of an extraordinary series set in Mercy Thompson’s world, but with rules of its own...

Anna never knew werewolves existed until the night she survived a violent attack…and became one herself. After three years at the bottom of the pack, she’d learned to keep her head down and never, ever trust dominant males. But Anna is that rarest kind of werewolf: an Omega. And one of the most powerful werewolves in the country is about to recognize her value as a pack member—and as his mate.

4 out of 5 stars. I wasn't sure at first how I would like this world and it's characters but as soon as I started reading the book I couldn't put it down. Great setting ... I liked how you can every point of view so the story is that much more believable!! Review By: From Me to You ... Video, Photography, & Book Reviews -- read more of this review on my blog --

I love the story and the author, but the start of the story was awful, because it didn't make sense. To really understand it, you have to read a short story in another book which is too expensive for its content. Alternatively you could ready the German version of Cry Wolf which has the short story included as the start of the book as it should be.

A great mix of action with witches and werewolves set in the present day Montana. If you liked Patricia Briggs' Mercy Thompson then you will love Charles and Anna.
