About this ebook

New York Times and USA Today best-selling author Cynthia Eden heats up the holidays with...A VAMPIRE'S CHRISTMAS CAROL.

This holiday season has bite.

Ben Prescott hates Christmas—he’s a vampire, and to him, there’s certainly nothing jolly about the holiday season. While the humans are running around being merry, he’s hunting in the shadows. Ben plans to spend the holidays his way…by stalking deadly prey.

But fate has other plans for Ben.

Three visitors are coming Ben’s way…A demon who will force Ben to face his past, a ghost who will show Ben the present he could have, and a shifter who will reveal the darkness that waits in Ben’s future. Unless Ben can change his ways, he may just turn into a real monster, one who can’t be saved by anyone or anything.

‘Tis the season…to be undead.

Ben’s redemption rests in the hands of the one woman he loved and lost—Simone Laurent. If Ben is going to have a chance at being more than just the beast in the darkness, he has to prove himself to the lovely Simone. A very hard task, considering that, once upon a Christmas Eve, Simone died in Ben’s arms…

Warning: This book features one very tortured vampire, a sexy ghost from his past, and hot scenes designed to melt the winter snow. Plenty of action, adult situations, and steamy times are ahead. Happy holidays!

I love this book so much more than the original Christmas Carol. Not that I hate A Christmas Carol, far from it, I love it. My favorite version is the Flintstones' one in 1994. I love this more because I love all things macabre! I'm a proud Victorian Romantic goth <3

I loved this short and sweet holiday treat from Cynthia Eden; a paranormal spin on Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. Ben is an out of control vampire who’s on the cusp of succumbing to darkness permanently. Simone, an angel, steps in to save Ben by showing him his past, present and future in order to get him to change his ways. As she enlists help from a demon and a panther shifter, this trio has their work cut out for them. Will Ben chose the path to redemption, or will he lose not only his own soul to darkness, but also the soul of the woman he’s loved for the past ten years…Simone? I absolutely LOVED this story! I love soul-saving, second chance love stories and this is definitely one of them! Ben was given a raw deal after being viciously turned into a vampire, just when his life was looking up. Then he sets in motion the actions that will completely destroy his heart. Watching this tough vampire fall to pieces when he is face-to-face with his love just about broke my heart. It’s a beautiful Christmas story with a long overdue happily ever after. ***I received an ebook copy from Net Galley in exchange for an honest review. All conclusions reached are my own***

This author never disappoints. Another great story with believable characters. Humour, love, edgy style..... It's got everything you want in a book. And it's a light read.
