Development administration is based on two important concepts—administration of development and administrative development. Despre autor

S.A. Palekar, Ph.D., is Professor and Chairman, Department of Studies and Research in Political Science, Gulbarga University, Karnataka. He has been teaching Indian Administration at the postgraduate level for the last fifteen years. Professor Palekar has published books and articles on different aspects of Political Science. He has presented research papers at many national and international conferences.
