About the author

Dama Beltrán I'm a romantic writer. I have published historical romantic, contemporary and suspense. I write since I was ten years old, or maybe prior to that. I like writing so much that I don’t mind spending hours and hours in front of the computer. After I became a mother and found some spare time (which I didn’t have after my children were born) I decided to take the opportunity to write and publish material. The first novel was born in 2013, a noir-genre novel that was very successful (“Engañada”). Sometime later “Crónica de un deseo” emerged (it won prizes as Best Suspense Novel and Best Cover). Last year, I decided to publish “Romántica Histórica” and the results have been amazing to witness. The second novel from “Los Caballeros” series became a Bestseller for one week at the.com y.es. I think the alternative of publishing in English will open new paths for me to follow.
