It was a quick read enjoyed some of it looking forward to seeing the movie is a novelist and writer myself I enjoy all types of books :)

Abnett and Lanning craft a near perfect story with amazing characterizations, while Pelletier's artwork is beautiful and dynamic.This book's energy resonated directly into the Guardians movie. Highest possible recommendation!

This story is great, but if you're interested in the GG backstory make sure to read the Annihilation and Annihilation Conquest series first. I shied away from them because Nova has the lamest costume in comics...but he's actually a decent character.
