I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Roxanna and Benny fought all the time but it was only to cover their attraction. When they ended up sharing an apartment when she moves to Philadelphia, the attraction flares into a physical relationship. Feelings shortly follow for both. I like how Benny fights for her and their relationship. Their relationship may not be conventional but it fits them.

“Benny” was a very lovable MMC. He was rough and tough but marshmallowy in the middle with a love for cuddle time. A fiercely independent FMC, Roxanne has a long path of personal growth for finding her identity and how to express herself in a healthy relationship. This was an easy but spicy read that I’d recommend to any hockey lover!

Roxanne gets a new job and moves to town to stay at her brothers apartment while he is away, but she doesn't know if that her brother had a house mate, Benny who she happens to hate. This is impulsive and explosive, the attraction between them is just of the charts. Drama ensues as their level of hate starts off pretty high but eventually changes. Let's just say its gets intense. This was a great story and I really enjoyed it. Love this series and will look for more. This was an ARC and this is my honest review.
