Things I learned: ♡that a cat's (assuming a dog would be comparable) frequency is low hence my desire to surround myself with canines vs humans. ♡Ground ourselves hence why I've traded in heels for flip flops. ♡Why I can't shut my brain up enough to think, I need to meditate. I would spend several hours a week poolside with only a towel between the earth and I resting and daydreaming almost a decade ago and I had it all anything I dreamed I just didn't realize the means I using to achieve my desires.

Dr. Marques explained my feelings as I came from dreaming back to reality, the depth of the illusion that my reality actually is. The five senses that fill my brain, and distorted by emotions can be formidable barriers from seeing truth, until realized. Great job !!!

You have to read it to understand. Any lil blip i write wont be enough to give this book the justice it deserves.
