Marques manages to pack some emotional intensity despite the small page count. There were several moments where I mentally recoiled or had to re-read a phrase because it resonated so heavily. Admittedly, I'm a practitioner of Buddhism so I'm biased in my viewpoint. Regardless, I think with an open mind the layperson could find some use here. Part of this has to do with the subject matter and the other part is presentation. Marques makes some grammatical errors that distract, but it's worth a look.

Very easy read, meaning very welcoming and enjoyable. I was able to reflect with natural enlightenment. I love who I am!
