It was good all of it but Darkstalkers dad being forced to cut off his tongue and disembowel himself is a little extreme but definitely fits the "evil" in him. It has everything too action, suspense, mystery, and a touch of romance!

I love this series i wish they were more though like about Gibli, Kinkajou, Indigo,and Deathbringer. These books put me in what I like to call a "reading coma" and i can image it because of the perfect imagary words I wish this series could go on for all my life because not many books intrance me to where i could read the whole series in around 1 and a half weeks. 💙👌😍

The story is capable of grabbing you while switching protagonists' perspective like a game of ball. Making both the antagonist and the heroes very relatable. This emotional roller-coaster makes you think about the book long after the read is done. Is a must read for anyone who's picking up on the Wings Of Fire universe. It is so good in fact it is arguably even good as a starting point for the series, even though it contains spoilers about the universe for the first 5 books (it will not spoil the plot itself from any of the books).
