A group of survivors in the high rises attempt to flee the city during the storm but are pulled into a struggle between two intelligent zombies and their factions. The Giant rules the dead in the city but when King Zombie comes calling, things begin to escalate into a power struggle with the humans caught in the middle.

A top notch writer/artist team of Mike Raicht (DC's Batman, MARVEL's X-Men United, IDW's G.I. Joe) with art from Federico Dallocchio (DC's Suicide Squad, Green Arrow) and Rafael Ortiz (Crossed) present this pivotal story.
