I absolutely learned more from this book than any other that I have read in a long time. I learned many things about myself, the people closest to me, and people that I don't know well, but have occasion to speak with often.
I not only read it in 2 days, but am in the process of reading it again and taking notes under specific people's names (including myself) on how to deal under specific circumstances.
Also in reading this book, I have discovered Books of the Bible that I have not thought of, reviewed in a long time, or ever read. I am in the process of studying the Book of Proverbs because of reading 'Taming your Toungue' and have many other Books of the Bible that I plan to study in the near future.
This has truly been a life altering book for me!
I'm so glad that I picked it up in a convenience store because I was questioning how to deal with a close friend that "lies when the truth sounds better!" (I have just ordered 'Managing Conflict God's Way: Biblical Strategies for Effective Confrontation' by Deborah Smith Pegues to help deal this that situation.)
I am becoming a truly better person thanks to this small, very informative book! I thank God for putting this book in front of me at this specific moment in my life.

With out a doubt I strongly agree wth the author recommend this book for those slips of the tongue and for the foot inside the mouth. Jesus wants to think before we speak. This bk is included in my quick desk references for 2019.
