Her BA in English was obtained with the intention of following family tradition and becoming a school teacher, but after she wrote her first novel, there was no looking back. In 1993, she sold her first manuscript and now writes both historical and contemporary romantic suspense for Harlequin/Silhouette. Debra loves to hear from readers.
