However, when Preacher witnesses the latest assault against her business, she's grateful for his quick thinking and protection when it appears the attacks are more personal than she'd imagined. That the handsome ex-soldier appears to be interested in her amazes her; she's not exactly built like a model, but he quickly puts her insecurities to rest in the sexiest of ways.

With the support of his bounty hunter team, Preacher sticks close to Laura while the team tries to solve the mystery of who is after her. As their connection only grows hotter, he's determined to keep her out of harm's way.

This is book two in The Montana Bounty Hunter's : Dead Horse MT Series and it is Preached (Dylan) and Laura's story. Preacher use to be in the special forces and he is confident, strong and doesn't shy away from danger but when it comes to asking Laura out everything goes out of the window and he becomes a different person. Laura owns the local bakery and she is kind, helpful and would love to go on a date with Preacher but he doesn't seem to see her the same way. When Laura's bakery window is smashed and not for the first time it is Preached that steps in to help and protect her but will it be the push that they both need to see that they are perfect for each other. The chemistry between them was so strong and add in the twists and turns along the way and you have a real page turner that keeps your attention throughout and I can't wait to read more books in this series as they are definitely worth reading. I really enjoyed reading Preacher . It was action packed, Suspenseful and definitely smoking hot . The characters are unique and interesting . Montana Bounty hunter and former Delta Force Dylan "Preacher" Priestly is new to the Montana Bounty hunters . He finds an immediate attraction to to the beautiful owner of Deadly Delights Bakery Laura Pinchot . Preacher being suddenly shy is delighted when Laura invites him to eat lunch with her and a dinner invitation follows . Unfortunately all to soon danger comes to Laura and Preacher and his team step in to keep her safe and catch who is out to harm the woman Preacher realizes he has fallen for . Preacher and Laura drew me in to this story. They are both attracted to each other but are shy. When they finally connect a series of attacks start to happen to Laura and Preacher is determined to get to the bottom of what is going on. He is ex Special Forces. Will he be able to keep her safe and will their relationship have a happy ending? I loved the characters and found myself cheering them on to finding happiness!
