Twisted Dark Compelling! My god, I don't know where to start with this one this was one riveting read, that was dark, edgy, gritty, heart-wrenching had amazing characters and so much more. This is a first-time author for us, and we absolutely loved our first read by them. How does an author make us love the villains? Well in this story she did just that. This 3 part book series moves up to my top favorite #1 reads for 2020. Van is a villain you loved to hate he is dark, broken, insane, kinky, possessive, a monster but, his heart is not all dark and twisty he has the capacity to love, and he is capable of change and craves redemption. His story with his captive Liv and his victim/captive turned lover Amber were both compelling stories both so heart wrenching but, both so different. My heart broke for Liv from the moment were learned of her capture and imprisonment for what she was forced to do and had to endure in order to survive and protect and the reasons she did what she had to do but, she was also and survivor and savior. Camila's and Joshua's love story was an unusual one but, from the moment they met we always felt the connection that was between them a pull that would not be denied. Soulmates found in the depths of hell and one man willing to sacrifice all in order to save the women that he has come to love. Van and Amber's story was just as compelling it was shocking and heart-pounding. In this story, Van's possessive obsession with Camila leads him on a healing path for both himself and Amber, and he would find the one woman who would turn out to be his savior and turn his life upside down. Without giving away the story and by the time it ended the story had our heartbreaking for these characters but, it also had you believing that Van's dominance and his darkness and his kink and his sure determination were the only things that we're going to cure what ails Amber in order make her whole once again. I loved that the author dove into their pasts with such depth and painstakingly honesty it was raw and hard to take in but, it touched on the emotions of the reader as well and made you feel their fears of rejection and their insecurities but, their hope of acceptance and love. We loved how Van was brutally honest and real with Amber and never tried to hide the darkness within him. Could we see them as a couple from the beginning? The answer is yes because nothing less than love would set them free... That and a sadistic bastard lol Out of all these stories, the one we loved the most was Matías and Camilla's tale, and the depth of love and devotion between this couple and trust this couple had between them was heartfelt and swoon-worthy. I loved that Camilla was always at the forefront of Matias's mind being concerned with her safety and her happiness and welfare and how proud of her he was for her wanting to change the world and in turn, used the things that she learned from her horrific past to make a difference. Frizz was one of those characters that you wanted to uncover all his secrets. The story was full of love and devotion and was very suspenseful and compelling and had some amazing surprises yet still dark and twisty all the while had you trying to figure out what Matia's end game was and all his secrets. A love lost and one found. Our kind of read... Overall the characters were all awesome and loveable and even the villains made you fall in love with them. All the stories were heartfelt, heart-wrenching, beautifully tragic, and filled with a ton of emotion. A dark and gritty tale that makes you uncomfortable has you on edge and was highly intriguing and it was full of triggers for most but, one you could not put down and not only that had you craving all the darkness the resided within these men that only they were capable of giving. Fantastic Read! Highly recommended if you love dark romance! Can't wait to read Tate's story next!

Incredible Stories. Must Read!! DELIVER: This story is very intense, dark and twisted. The writing is so great that it sucked me in right from page one. Liv and Josh’s story was so intense and exciting. I fell in love with them both. Such great characters. Pam Goodwin knows how to weave the story to entice pulse-pounding suspense and edge of the seat moments. I enjoyed every second of this book (other than a few times when I wanted to scream at each character or throw my kindle out the window). I can’t wait to read more of Pam Goodwin’s books. VANQUISH: Honest and raw love story! I wasn’t sure if I wanted to read how Van’s life was going after how book one ended, but I have fallen in love with him. The change in him from book one to this book was amazing. Van is an amazing character who you hate and love at the same time. The way he deals with Amber and all of her issues is commendable, raw and honest. I love their story together. DISCLAIM: Incredibly Intense - Edge of your seat Story!!! This was one hell of a roller-coaster ride from beginning to end. Camilla and Matias' story kept me on the edge of my seat right to the finish. I absolutely loved this book. I love Camilla and was very happy that we get to learn more about her and her story. She is a very strong and dark character whose will cannot be broken. I love the intense love story between Camilla and Matias - they are a perfect couple. Pam Godwin is such a fantastic writer. I can't wait to read more in this series. Each character has a special place in my heart. Highly recommend this series. Must read for any dark romance lover!

Deliver 5 of 5 stars This book is dark and intense and if you have sensitivities, be warned. The author starts you off in the deep end with Liv right before she kidnaps Joshua and begins his training to be a slave. Liv herself was kidnapped and made to be a slave for a year before she was coerced to be a deliverer and slave trainer. Joshua is a wholesome, virgin, farm boy and college linebacker, who happens to fill the bill for Liz's client. He lives at home to help his parents with the farm, while he is studying to become a minister, per his parents wishes. This story is dark and intense as it reveals Liz and her history at the hands of her kidnappers and what drives her to do their bidding, as well as Joshua's determination to befriend her and save both of them, Add to it several twists and turns, made for an engaging read, you'll want to read straight through. Vanquish 5 of 5 stars Van Quiso is not a good man, he's a rapist, kidnapper, sex trafficker and a murderer but when he meets Amber he wants to be a better man. Pam Godwin has a talent, I didn't think there was anyway I would come around to liking Van but by the end of their story I not only liked him but cheered him on. Amber Rosenfeld is a former beauty and fitness pageant queen and model, now an agoraphobic shut in, with a lot of OCD and low self worth. She inherited the potential from her mother but her bastard of an ex-husband was the nail on her mental coffin. When she stumbles on to Van it raises all his predatory instincts and she became his new obsession. Van starts off planning to use and abuse her but ends up doing everything he can to help her overcome her fears as he falls in love with her. Their story is gritty and dark but their love brings light into both their worlds. Loved this read, it will twist you this way and that before the end. Disclaim 4 of 5 stars Matias is the anti-hero that keeps dropping clues that there's a reason for all that he does and that Camila will forgive him and love him for it, we just have to stick with the story until all is revealed. He doesn't make it easy, there are passages that definitely creeped me out. Camila was kidnapped and thrown into slave training for a year before she was freed. She has spent years devoted to ending slavery and taking out traffickers while dealing with her own submissive desires to be enslaved in a loving relationship with someone she trusts. After making the decision to go undercover as a slave to uncover who is leading the slave ring she finds herself facing her long lost love and it throws all her plans out the window. This story will pull you in all different directions, my emotions were all over the place. Anti-heroes are tricky for me, Pam Godwin has the ability to make me almost forgive Matias his sins.
