Another great book that I couldn't put down. I love how in the middle of a double mass murder investigation, the weapon being very creative, JD incorporates Eve Dallas's past into the story, causing her to come to terms with it. Little by slow, she's dealing with it, learning to put it away and knows that SHE chose her own way of life, despite the horrors of her childhood. And of course, the relationship between her and her husband, Roarke, is always amazing... inspiring really. In the end the killer is caught, but this book has an added, exciting twist. Read it! Suzie

As a long time fan of JD Robb's books, I found this story to be highly entertaining. The last 70 page had me on the edge of my seat. The storyline was well written and it motivated me to continue reading this book.
