Jagan Karade is PG lecturer in Sociology Department, Tilak Maharashtra University, Pune. He is ICSSR (Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi) fellow. He did his Ph.D. from University of Mumbai. He is author of two books named, ‘Reservation Policy and Reality’ (Sugava, 2005) and Rastravadi Dr. Ambedkar (Sumedha,2007) and two edited books named, ‘ Dhammakrantichi Falsruti (Takshila, 2006), Jagtikikan ani Bharatasamoril Awhane (Dimond, 2008) and forthcoming titled as ‘Occupational Mobility among Scheduled Castes and other 2 books. His 50 articles published in journals and leading newspaper. He organized National, State level Seminars, Workshops.
