The first few chapters were boring. Thankfully the story picked up and was good. It had several different romances in addition to the main romance of Amanda and Joshua. The romance of Mirri and Nelson could have been a book itself. I liked them better than the main characters.

AMANDA TODD & JOSHUA LAWSON: He controls 51% of her inheritance in a local newspaper and press until she turns 25. Love is one thing, family legacy another. A clash of wills ensues! Deliciously sweet in romantic love stories and love-making! Beautiful scenery description...always a favorite! Very good character and multiple story line development. What a lovely way to spend a day off! I am so spoiled! LOL! Thank you, Ms. Palmer.
